BLOCK20 integrated IO

A leading domestic photovoltaic module equipment manufacturer has a photovoltaic production base located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The first phase adopts an independent 32-point IO module solution.
A single module has few integration points and occupies many network nodes. For the signal transmission of hundreds of photoelectric sensors on the transmission line , requires a large number of modules, limits system flexibility,
 increases wiring and construction costs, and is also a challenge to the cycle time of the bus network.

In the second phase of the production base project, the customer adopted the Yike BLOCK20 integrated IO product. This product adopts an innovative design of integrated appearance and modular structure. It can flexibly configure 1-3 different IO
combinations and can integrate up to 96 Click DI/DO; BLOCK20 supports industrial bus protocols such as EtherCAT and Profinet, and the digital module response time is up to 100μs, which can meet high real-time tasks; spring pluggable terminals are easy to wire,
have strong vibration resistance, and are compact in size; in addition, it can The terminal cover design with inserted wiring diagram labels facilitates verification of wiring accuracy and makes terminal wiring clearer and more beautiful.


The successful application of BLOCK20 in the customer's production line has solved the customer's pain points such as too many field bus nodes, difficult maintenance, and long network cycle time. At the same time,
thanks to the modular configuration of the product, the structure of the control points has been optimized and the overall hardware has been significantly reduced. cost, laying the foundation for the long-term reliable
