With conventional thermostats, it was difficult to make ideal adjustments without experience and intuition during start-up settings and change adjustments, thereby affecting quality. With NX-TC, you can capture the state changes that affect the quality like a skilled worker, and automatically control the temperature to keep it in the ideal state. Avoid cumbersome start-up and adjustment operations, making the job site easier.

*NX-TC has the "adaptive control" function, which can automatically calculate the ideal PID value at startup and when the temperature is stable. In addition, it can also monitor the temperature control status of the equipment, and automatically adjust the PID value according to changes in the workpiece or equipment to achieve ideal temperature control.

• To reduce plastic use, switch to sustainable packaging materials and reduce the thickness of packaging materials, the temperature control range is reduced, and the incidence of defects is increased

* "Temperature controller for packaging machine" can be used to measure the sealing surface temperature


In the past, the distance between the sealing surface and the temperature sensor was too far, and there was an error between the temperature of the sealing surface and the actual controlled temperature. The temperature difference and defect occurrence rate are directly proportional to the packaging speed.


By installing the temperature sensor for the packaging machine closer to the sealing surface, its temperature is closer to the temperature of the sealing surface, thereby minimizing the influence of temperature fluctuations on the surface of the packaging material.


* Automatic filter adjustment function to suppress fluctuations when measuring surface temperature


When using temperature sensors for packaging machines, the temperature of the packaging material itself has a significant influence, and the temperature may fluctuate periodically.


Using the automatic filter adjustment function of NX-TC, this periodic temperature fluctuation can be automatically suppressed to achieve stable temperature control.

BEFORE: For high-speed water-cooled extruders, many factors will cause temperature fluctuations. In order to stabilize the quality, the valve must be adjusted repeatedly on site. Even if the cause of the temperature fluctuation is identified, it cannot be suppressed.


AFTER: NX-TC has a "water-cooling output adjustment function" that can suppress temperature fluctuations at the same time and maintain stable performance. It can control temperature fluctuations to a minimum and increase production capacity while maintaining quality.


*Auto tuning (water cooling)


Before placing materials, the cooling characteristics can be grasped by automatic tuning (water cooling), thereby suppressing temperature fluctuations caused by cooling output.


*External interference suppression function (water cooling)


During the production process after placing materials, the water cooling output adjustment function can continuously grasp temperature changes, and automatically adjust the proportional band (cooling) to suppress temperature fluctuations.
